Appointments
All appointments made through The Site are listed as PACIFIC TIME on The Site. Appointments not in-person will be done through FaceTime, Skype, or phone as specified by you in the scheduling system. You will be expected to contact Us via the specified method at your own cost at the scheduled appointment time. It is your responsibility to contact Us and be available at the appointment time and to ensure that the contact information listed in your appointment is correct.
Please understand that not showing for an appointment affects valuable appointment time, and is not fair to other clients who want an appointment. Not contacting Us or not being available for a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment. NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED.
